Cocktail Ice for Weddings, Private Parties and Corporate Events
From punch bowl blocks to signature-cocktail spheres, we cut and size ice to match your guest count and your bar setup.
Ice That Scales With Your Guest List
Event ice has different demands than a bottle service pour — it needs to hold up for hours, scale to guest count, and sometimes double as a presentation piece. Here's what we plan around for events.
Sized to the Occasion
Large-format blocks for punch bowls and ice luges, or individual cubes and spheres for a signature cocktail station — mixed and matched by headcount.
Lead Time You Can Plan Around
Every event order is cut fresh to spec, so we ask for advance notice rather than treating it as walk-in stock.
Held Cold Until Service
We'll walk you through cooler and insulated-bin setup so your ice stays frozen from pickup to the first pour.
How Much Ice Do You Actually Need?
As a starting point, plan on roughly one to two pounds of clear ice per guest for a cocktail-focused event, more if you're running a punch bowl or ice-luge feature. Tell us your guest count and bar style and we'll help you land on a precise order.
What Event Planners Ask Us
How far in advance should we book event ice?
We recommend locking in your order at least two to three weeks before the event, especially for large blocks or busy weekend dates. Last-minute requests are handled case by case.
How much ice do we need for our guest count?
A rough starting point is one to two pounds per guest for cocktail service. Share your guest count and bar style with us and we'll help you land on an exact order.
Can you deliver directly to our venue?
Standard orders are picked up at our Tampa Bay facility, but for larger event orders we can discuss delivery logistics — reach out with your venue and timing.
What if our event date changes?
Let us know as soon as your date shifts. Because ice is cut fresh per order, we'll work with you to reschedule the pickup rather than losing the order.
Let's Plan the Ice for Your Event
Share your date, guest count and bar setup and we'll put together an order that keeps every drink cold through the whole event.
