How It's Made
Every piece starts as directionally frozen, filtered water — a slow one-directional freeze that pushes air bubbles and minerals out ahead of the ice, leaving a dense, glass-clear block. We then hand-cut and polish each shape to spec, with no additives and no shortcuts.
What People Ask Before Their First Order
How long does clear ice last outside the freezer?
Because our ice is denser and more solid than tray ice, it melts noticeably slower — a cube or spear will comfortably outlast a full cocktail, and blocks can hold for several hours at room temperature.
What's the real difference between a cube and a spear?
Both come from the same clear ice, cut to different proportions. A cube chills fast and fits a rocks glass; a spear has more total mass and surface contact for a tall glass, so it lasts the whole drink without diluting it early.
Can I order a mix of shapes in one order?
Yes — most home orders combine cubes with spears or spheres. Add each shape to your cart separately and we'll have the full order ready together for pickup. Call or message us if you'd prefer delivery.
Do you deliver, or is it pickup only?
Orders are currently pickup at our Tampa Bay facility. If you're planning for a bar, restaurant or event and need a different arrangement, reach out and we'll work out logistics with you.
